These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PicSheet ("the Service"), operated by Ollie Ali LTD ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

PicSheet is a web-based platform that enables users to create branded contact sheets and share images for review, selection, and collaboration.

PicSheet is designed as a presentation and review tool. It is not intended to function as a primary storage, backup, or final file delivery system.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Service.

4. Account Registration

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Be responsible for all activity under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

5. Subscription Plans and Payment

5.1 Free Trial

New users may receive a 14-day free trial. No payment details are required. After the trial, your account will revert to the Free plan unless upgraded.

5.2 Paid Plans

We offer subscription tiers including Free, Pro, and Studio (when available). Features and limits vary by plan.

5.3 Billing

Payments are processed via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until cancelled.

5.4 Cancellation

You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of your billing period. No partial refunds.

5.5 Refunds

Refunds are discretionary and only considered within 14 days if the Service has not been substantially used.

6. Storage, Data, and File Responsibility

6.1 No Guaranteed Storage

PicSheet does not guarantee permanent storage, backup, or recovery of any uploaded content.

You are solely responsible for maintaining your own backups of all files and data.

6.2 Data Loss

We are not liable for any loss, corruption, or deletion of images, selections, comments, or other data stored within the Service.

6.3 Storage Limits and Deletion

We may apply storage limits, file retention policies, or usage restrictions depending on your plan.

We reserve the right to remove or delete content:

• After account deletion
• After prolonged inactivity
• When exceeding plan limits
• When required for system maintenance or security

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems
• Use the Service for spam, phishing, or abuse
• Resell or exploit the Service without permission

We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

8. Adult Content and Nudity

PicSheet is intended for professional creative use.

We allow artistic, editorial, and fashion imagery, including nudity, where it is presented in a non-explicit and professional context.

You may not use the Service to upload, share, or distribute content that is sexually explicit or intended to arouse sexual interest. This includes content that depicts explicit sexual activity or is created primarily for sexual purposes.

We reserve the right to determine, at our sole discretion, whether content violates this policy and to remove content or suspend accounts accordingly.

You retain full ownership of your content.

9.2 License to Us

You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely to operate the Service.

You confirm that:

• You have all necessary rights to upload and share the content

We do not monitor or verify user content and are not responsible for it.

We are not responsible for outages, errors, or failures caused by these providers.

11. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, uptime, or error-free operation of the Service.

The Service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available"
• We disclaim all warranties, express or implied
• We are not liable for loss of data or files
• We are not liable for loss of business, revenue, or profits

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under law.
