How do I create my first contact sheet?
After signing in, click "Upload Images" to add your photos. You can customize the layout, add your branding, and preview your contact sheet in real-time. When you're happy with the design, click "Generate Contact Sheet" to create your PDF.
What image formats are supported?
PicSheet supports JPEG, PNG, and WebP images. For best results, we recommend using high-resolution images. Each image is optimized automatically to ensure fast loading while maintaining quality in your final PDF.
How many images can I include in a contact sheet?
Free accounts can include up to 100 images per contact sheet. Pro members can include up to 2,000 images per contact sheet, perfect for large projects and events.
Can clients view and select images?
Yes! Pro members can share a review link with clients. Clients can view the contact sheet, rate images with stars, and submit their selections. You'll receive an email with their feedback and a PDF of their selected images.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can manage your subscription from your Account Settings under the Billing tab. Click "Manage Subscription" to access the Stripe Customer Portal where you can cancel or modify your plan at any time.
Are my images secure?
Absolutely. Your images are stored securely on Google Cloud Storage and are only accessible to you and anyone you choose to share them with via review links. We never share or use your images for any other purpose.
Is my password and account information safe?
Yes. All passwords are encrypted using bcrypt, an industry-standard hashing algorithm - we never store passwords in plain text. Share link passwords are also encrypted. Your account data is transmitted securely over HTTPS, and we follow best practices for data protection.
