Images and Content
When you upload images to create contact sheets, we store these images on secure cloud servers. Your images are associated with your account and are not shared with other users unless you explicitly create a shared review link.
Payment Information
We use Stripe to process payments. Your payment card details are collected and processed directly by Stripe and are never stored on our servers. We only receive confirmation of successful payments and basic transaction details.
Usage Data
We collect information about how you use the Service, including pages visited, features used, and contact sheets created. This helps us improve the Service and provide better support.

We use trusted third-party services to operate PicSheet:
Stripe
Payment processing. Your payment details are handled securely by Stripe in accordance with PCI DSS standards.
Google Cloud Storage
Secure storage for uploaded images and generated PDF files.
OpenAI
AI-powered design suggestions (Pro feature). When you use Smart Design, a sample of your images may be analyzed to provide color and font recommendations.
Resend
Email delivery for account notifications, verification emails, and password resets.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on secure servers with encryption at rest and in transit. We implement industry-standard security measures including:
- HTTPS encryption for all data transmission
- Secure password hashing (bcrypt)
- Regular security audits and updates
- Access controls and authentication
5. Data Retention
We retain your account information and content for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal information and uploaded images within 30 days, except where we are required to retain data for legal or legitimate business purposes.

8. Shared Review Links
When you create a shared review link for a contact sheet, anyone with that link can view the images and leave ratings. We assign anonymous guest IDs to reviewers to track their ratings without collecting personal information. You can delete shared links at any time from your account.
9. Children's Privacy
PicSheet is not intended for children under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us immediately.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
